As the Inventory Management Specialist, Vanessa plays a vital role in the health of our inventory at CITW. An experienced data analyst and inventory control professional with over 20 years of diverse business experience — including data analysis, inventory management, accounting, human resources, scheduling dispatch, and customer service — she exhibits a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and operational efficiency. She is known for her ability to analyze complex data sets, improve inventory accuracy, and support organizational goals through strategic insights.

In her supportive role, she brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by extensive accounting, human resources, and customer service experience, enabling effective collaboration and clear communication in compliance with the mission of CITW.

Danielle oversees the Amazon Transparency program at CITW, serving as the primary owner of the Transparency Portal and leading all product authentication and compliance efforts on Amazon. Drawing on a versatile background in sales, operations, and cross-functional leadership, she brings a structured, results-driven approach to managing complex brand protection initiatives within Amazon's ecosystem.

In her role, she ensures eligible products are accurately enrolled and maintained within the Transparency system to prevent counterfeiting, unauthorized sellers, and listing abuse. She manages the full lifecycle of Transparency execution, including assigning and tracking authentication codes, monitoring compliance, resolving system alerts, and maintaining detailed documentation to support audits and policy updates.

Through this work, she directly supports CITW's mission of protecting brands and enabling secure, compliant marketplace growth by helping clients safeguard product authenticity, maintain control over distribution, and build lasting customer trust within Amazon's ecosystem.

As Director of Finance for CITW, Danielle oversees the company's internal financial operations and infrastructure supporting its e-commerce services for MLM organizations and consumer brands. She is responsible for building and maintaining the financial systems, controls, and reporting that enable operational scale, visibility, and accountability across the business.

Danielle manages budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, and internal financial reporting, working closely with leadership to support strategic planning and informed decision-making. Her role includes oversight of accounts payable and receivable, coordination with external accounting and tax partners, and ensuring accurate financial data flows across platforms and payment systems.

With a strong focus on process design, financial discipline, and operational efficiency, Danielle helps ensure CITW maintains a solid financial foundation as the company grows. By aligning financial operations with business objectives, she supports sustainable expansion and long-term performance.
